What Are Gods Plans For Me?
HOW CAN I KNOW GODS PLANS FOR MY LIFE?
The challenges of everyday life can cause us to struggle with anxiety, fear and insecurity if we allow them to. All of us have struggles, shortcomings and weaknesses that the enemy loves to remind us about. So how do we stay focused on the plans God has for us when the pressures of life are so high?
Well, understanding that God has plans for our life is a great starting point. Plans is plural, meaning, more than just one. God has lots of plans for our life. If we mess up, miss the mark, or simply fall short, our destiny is not over. His mercies are new every day. God has more plans for you!
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the LORD (Jer 29:11-13a)
FIRST, KNOW GOD HAS GOOD PLANS FOR YOU!
Thats right! God has good plans for you. He is not done with you, He is not frustrated with you, He is simply waiting for you to call to Him and seek Him. The beautiful thing about God is He is patient and He allows us to take life one-step-at-a-time.
Declare, "Your best days are right in front of you!". How you respond today can and will alter the course of your life. Will you choose to be identified by your mistakes, or will you allow your faith to arise as you pursue God?

READING THE WORD (BIBLE)
Gods Word is His will, and His will is His Word (the Bible). God will reveal His will to you as you seek Him by reading His word. We encourage you to do this daily, and if possible do a Bible reading plan with a friend. As you take time to read or listen to the Bible daily it will change your thinking, it will comfort your heart and stir your faith.

SEEK GOD IN PRAYER
If you want to know Gods plans for your life, then prayer is a must! As we seek God in prayer He is faithful to listen to us, and He is also faithful to speak to us. Often in times of prayer we develop a sensitivity to the voice of God speaking to our heart. Prayer is not simply you telling God what you want or feel you need, but it should include quieting your soul and listening for His voice to speak to your heart. He wants to speak to you.

GET INTO COMMUNITY
"Pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart" (2 Tim 2:22b)
You are designed for community, that is the way that God made you! Being in community positions us around people of faith that also hear from God. Through prophetic words, words of knowledge and teachings we often get a clear word from God through others.
"Do not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another" (Heb 11:25a)
We encourage you to make Sunday Church attendance a priority in your lifestyle. This puts you in a consistent place to hear from God, and also a place to speak words of love and encouragement to others in the Body of Christ. You are a needed part of Gods church!
GOD WANTS TO REVEAL HIS PLANS TO YOU!
Make today the beginning of a new discipline of seeking, pursuing and going after God daily. Jesus taught His disciples that pursuing God was the ultimate calling for all of His followers.
"Pursue, go after, and seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matt 6:33)
As you pursueGOD daily through reading His word, praying, and practicing community, you will develop the ability to consistently hear His voice and know His plans for your life!
